Am having a problem with unlocking my phone I've been given 4 unlock code so far and none of them work and am not quite sure why is this happening.
Thats not usual for unlocking !
May I ask....
Are you currently in the UK ?
Are you using another network sim card from a different Network that is activated i.e connects to mobile data etc ?
What phone are you trying to unlock ?
I ask as for example some Samsung phones also need a MCK Mastercode also known as an unfreeze code as well as the Nuc to unlock them.
Unfortunately there is no account access via this forum anymore.
Customer services can if required also give you the email address for the Nuc department.
