Hi, I have been given an iPhone 7 Plus that is now out of contract and wish to use it on a different network. A confirmation of the unlock request was received on 2nd July 2019, but the phone will still only work on Vodafone network. The phone has been fully reset, so why is this? I have copied the email in below, but have 'starred' some elements. Contact me directly if you require them. The phone's IMEI matches the one that was included in the email.

@Andy_is_puzzled If you've received this email it should now be unlocked for you - are you currently in the UK? When connected to a UK network this should complete the process without any issues.
If so and you're still having issues, please send a message to our team on Facebook or Twitter with your details, your Community username and a link to your post. This means you won't need to repeat yourself and we can look into your Network Unlock Code (NUC) request.
