Unlocking

Samsung S8, got my NUC code. When I enter the new network provider SIM, the phone doesnt ask for NUC, and My new SIM doesnt work. Any ideas on how else to unlock the phone.

Vodafone should have provided an MCK Master Code to enter into the phone before using the NUC.

Is your non Vodafone Sim card activated  ?

i.e does it connect to your new network and mobile data i.e 3G etc when you try it in another phone ?

If it does then the Vodafone Social Media Team via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries or Live Chat can look at getting you the unfreeze code / mastercode that is sometimes needed with Samsung phones.
