Unlocking

I paid £23.99 on 8th June for an unlock code and have still not received it, why I had to pay I don’t know as the phone is all paid for. I cannot get to speak to anyone about this and I am now at the end of my tether with this company and have no idea where to go from here?

I have to assume you've used an online unlocking site that charges for unlocking codes @SoCoLady 

Vodafone UK do not charge for a Nuc Unlocking code.

You'd need to speak with the company you paid your money to.

I was told by the guy in the Vodafone shop to go Vodafone’s website and do it through there so I did and it’s charged me?

The page you should have used is unlock-code-request. 

Vodafone don't charge for unlocking.
