I received a unlock code tonight but it doesn't work. I dont use this phone with my number but my partner uses this phone with a Vodafone sim card. Can anyone help?

May I ask what make and model of phone that your wanting to unlock to all networks so you can use any networks sim card in it ?
Also for the Nuc to work a person needs to use another networks sim card not a Vodafone UK sim card, that is activated i.e it works to make calls and connect to data - the internet. For example o2 , EE etc.
Also a person should be in the UK as Vodafone UK cannot guarantee a Nuc will work abroad.
If you perform a search for your make and model of phone on this forum in regards to unlocking you may also come across some helpful posts.
Ultimately if the Nuc wont work then don't try too many times or you could hardlockmit and run out if attempts thus it would then need to be sent away to have its counter reset.

Ok with some Samsung phones they also need a MCK Mastercode also known as an unfreeze code as well as the Nuc.
Vodafone Customer services on 191 , Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries have to supply this to you.
Ask specifically for this please.
