Unlocking

Hi I'm trying to get my iPhone 13 unlocked, I've entered the IMEI number and got an email back saying the an unlock code will be sent out in 10 days, that was on the 23rd may, I'm still waiting.

The device won't be locked to a network @Bigugly . Vodafone stopped locking phones completely at the end of 2021, and would have already stopped selling locked devices when the iPhone 13 was released September 2021.

You don't mention the message you are receiving or where you purchased the phone.

Have you tried an alternative networks sim card in your phone @Bigugly  🤔

Hi @Bigugly A lot of Apple devices are already unlocked. Have you tried another network SIM in the device to ensure it is locked? If so, and you're having trouble obtaining an unlock code, please message our team via the contact information found here and we'll get things looked into.
