Vodafone have kept me waiting almost 2 months now for a nuc code, I've paid for the phone yet I'm expected to wait for this non existent code, I've asked for a refund after they couldn't fulfill my request after 20 days, so I'll just wait for the ombudsmans investigation

Well if they provided me with an unlock code I wouldn't have had to ask for a refund for a phone I've paid off and was never told it was locked
