Hi @Mark got an email today with unlock code tried again and says unsuccessful š£ not sure if I am doing it right. I followed instructions switch phone off insert non voda sum switch back on enter code given. Unsuccessful.

Well I am back here again phone is still Locked I got an email from NUCRESOLUTIONS and stone the crows strangle the pythons it seems that when I was given my first unlock code it was wrong so this time when they got through to Samsung they were given the right code for my IMEI. The default part of the message said be careful and follow these instructions so I did. I keyed in the new number Unsuccessful but now it is asking for the pin so I remembered the lady from NUCRESOLUTIONS telling me they need the pin from GiffGaff so I got my default pin Unsuccessful So after following the rest of the email that said.

Oh no, that's really disappointing to hear @F1fanLH44 š I'm so sorry for the delay in getting your phone unlocked and completely understand your frustration.
Did you complete the form included in the private message we sent out to you? If so, there will be a reference number included in the email correspondence - it'll look something like this [#1234567]. Please provide us with this and we'll be happy to chase your query up for you again.

@ Adam I have had many conversations with NUCRESOLUTIONS since 5/6/18 Including a brand new unlock code from their contact with Samsung still it is locked.
HELP
No need for any help again as I have managed to escalate it myself.
If I get a reply from them that helps I shal be in the national newspapers standing on Nelson's Column Singing the National Anthem to Vodafone Help wearing just a smile!!!

UPDATE
From Vodafone
I've spoken to the Manage rand Specialist Team to see what more can be done.
They've advised that after speaking to Samsung the codes provided at the only one's we can obtain.
We apologise that this matter has been ongoing for a while and at this time there is nothing further we can obtain that will unlock the device and unfortunately we cannot guarantee that a device can be unlocked from our network.
Please let us know if there's any other matter that you need assistance with and we'll be happy to do so.

Here is an UPDATE
I got in touch with the bod at the Social media team as since June I am still waiting for this Samsung Galaxy S7 to be unlocked.
Well they asked me to go through every code and stuff they had sent me there has been a few so I thought.
Wow I find that they have been giving me the same 2 codes again and again, I informed them about this and they ignored that part,
So after reminding them again I am alive and still waiting I had to do the normal song and dance before they would talk to me and 3 days later I get that BINGO Moment.

Not exactly what I was expecting but 4 days later
Thanks for providing that code for us ####, I've contacted out Specialist Team again and we've been provided the latest code from Samsung as ########
Please be advised that this is the most recent code provided and we would not be sure that Samsung would provide another as this took longer than expected to get from them.
I hope that this works for you, please let us know how you get on with this.
