Over the last 3 weeks i have been trying to obtain a nuc code with no avail.
3 seperate advisors later and filling in the online form.......i have had only two responses.
first response after having filled in the online form..by an advisor........NOTHING!......no email no text.
Second response after 9 days of waiting ....
Apparently i have not been with them for a minimum of 3 months!.....(having had the phone on a contract for the last 2 years).....so they cant give me the nuc code.
Third conversation i had went pretty much the same.....the advisor did everything for me and said will be confirmed by text and email......NO RESPONSE AS OF YET 1 WEEK LATER!.......CAN someone please HELP.
So from what you write you have had your Vodafone UK Sim card inserted into this phone and has been used on the Vodafone UK Network for 2 years.
i .e you've not upgraded recently to the s8.
The Vodafone Social Media Teams here can no longer help with account access issues.
However the same team can help if you contact them via Facebook or Twitter.
