Firmware Update Failing - V SOS Band

The band has a firmware update... follow the instructions on the app, device fully charged, on charging station, with bluetooth range. Start update..

 

Gets to 47% then just sits there and eventually fails.. after aprox an hour.. started off sticking at lower percentages, gradually after time and restarting the process, now sticking at 47%.

 

Please advise??
