I have a SOS Band for my elderly mother and I am the administrator of the band.
My problem is that the SOS app on my phone has somehow lost contact with the Band but I can't re-connect by through the V by Vodafone app because when I try to do so (using the Band's IMEI number) I get a message to say the Band is already activated to another account.
The connection to the Band is not completely lost (as I still receive pop up alerts). I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the SOS Band app but when I log in with my phone number and one time PIN I just get the message "No band found".
Can any of you experts kindly help me?
I've not used this device but a search on the Vodafone Forum came back with this hit which may help.

Kind of you to respond but the symptoms of my problem are different.
When I reinstall the app I get a message that the band is registered to another account..
