Every time when I try to open the smart app to use the Curve tracking device. It shows this interface and couldn't go any further. When I tap 'try again' it just repeats showing the same interface.
The interface says

My device is a Oneplus 7 pro running Android 11 OP7Pro/O2/BETA5
Things I have tried:
Uninstall and reinstall under 4G - doesn't work
Uninstall and reinstall under wifi - doesn't work
Clear cach and restart - doesn't work
But the results were always the same. Couldn't even log into the registration page.
