2: Seeker

I was told the V auto system was down for 48 hrs. That was last week and I'm still unable to activate my V Auto. What a terrible product, virtually zero support, and from what I read here even when or if I do get it activated, it seems unlikely to work well. Great!

Have you managed to speak again with Customer services   and or the Vodafone Social Media Teams  to see if anything has changed eith the status of this service @Gsmailes 

I appreciate your frustrated and unimpressed at this but please do take into consideration that generally people sign upto a forum to complain / vent about an issue and not so many sign up to give positive feedback.
