Purchased a V Kids Watch last night and the chap in the vodafone store tried to set it up before closing but was running into some problems. He went through 2 sims and spent a long time on it but as the store was closing, left it to the online team who were going to supposedly fix it and contact me this morning.
Needless to say that didn't happen. I tried live chatting with support but they maintain specialist help won't be around till Monday.
I have downloaded the V by Vodafone and the TCL move apps but when I scan the qr code on the TCL it just hovers on the app and nothing happens. When I scan the phon'e qr code from the vodafone app it shows up as the attachment shown. Surely 2 sim cards can't be faulty!
Any thoughts?

Thanks. Took it back to the store today. Tried 2 sim cards and 2 watches without success so went for a refund sadly.
