My V Sos band no longer holds it charge for longer than 1 day what can I do?

Hey @Tombongo! Hmmm that seems odd, as one full charge of the V-SOS band should last up to a month.

Was it charged fully? Is the band or charger damaged at all?

Thanks for your response. No damage to the band and when placed on the charging station it charges fine but then 24 hours later it says it requires charging. Previously yes it did last approximately for 1 month.
