Vodafone SOS

Hi the vodafone SOS sounds like a great idea.

A piece of mind for my mother and also myself as I live an hour away from her.

However, as Parkinson's suferer, her manual dexterity is poor so the wrist band is not suitabel for her to be able to put on her own with out help.

A suggestion of an expandable srtap would be more suited.

Can this please be put forward to the designers.

She is looking to purchase but find an alternative way of putting it on perhaps with velcro.

I look forward tohearing from you soon.

Tracey

Hi as we are now 4 months almost on, any further on the wrist band?

Also I know the band alerts via messages but does it call to a carer after a miss on the message.  Not clear enough. Tracey

@Tracey-JB Thanks for raising this to us 🙂 I think your suggestion is a great idea and I've fed this back internally to our relevant team. It's a shame this product doesn't currently suit your mothers needs, I really appreciate you taking your time to tell us about this.

We have ordered it but if in the future the option to change the band it would be great. Thank you for your reply
