Added users unable to use SureSignal

Hi,

 

I've recently purchased a new Sure Signal to replace our old one for our small business office. However, I'm the only one who seems to be able to use it. One colleague gets 'not registered on network', despite having 4 bars of signal, and other colleagues only have Vodafone WiFi calling. This wasn't the case on the previous Sure Signal, as everyone had full bars and didn't have to rely on WiFi calling. Any ideas?

It maybe beneficial to let the SS have 24 hours to settle. 

Also sometimes phones can pick up a 4G signal even if it's weak so turning Off 4G in the phones settings to force 3G may help.
