Vodafone Sure Signal

Another dead Sure Signal

Just noticed this evening that my Sure Signal V3 is completely dead, unplugged it and tried in another socket and a reset, still dead.

 

I took a photo of the receipt knowing that they are prone to fail, my receipt is dated 06/03/2018 and I understand that that date = a 24 month warranty. How can I get a refund or replacement?

 

If someone from Vodafone can advise.

Hello @SubaruWRX2003 

 

You would need to either contact customer services on 191 or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.  And they'll arrange a returns bag.

You can't be helped from the forum as there is no longer any account access via this forum.

Or pop into your most local Vodafone Highstreet Store and they'll arrange to send it off for you.

Vodafone would test the untit and if it's  unrepairable then they'll replace it if under warranty.

I went to my local Vodafone store today where it was originally purchased from and they exchanged it instantly for a brand new one.
