Configure VF Connect router for Sure Signal

Hi

 

Despite many conversations with technical support and multiple system resets I'm still unable to get my v2 Sure Signal to connect to the Vodafone network. I suspect that the Vodafone Connect router settings may be the problem. It persists with a solid red light and two flashing white lights.

 

Can anyone provide some pointers to fix this problem?

@simonesland Thanks for getting touch, I'm really sorry to hear you're having problems with your Sure Signal.

I've resynced your device from our end, please allow up to six hours for this to complete fully; then restart the handsets within range of the Sure Signal.

@simonesland - I’m sorry to hear it’s not working yet. With the light sequence you’re seeing, this usually indicates the Sure Signal is ready.

As you’ve already gone through the resets that we’d advise, please test the device at a different location.

This will rule out a faulty Sure Signal. Please let us know how you get on.
