I have turned on uPnP in my router as suggested in another post. Trying again.

OK, it is still blinking dumbly at me, maybe time for the circular filling cabinet?

I have now tried manually forwarding the used ports (there are some odd ports there!) and tried a reset although the lights didn't light up as they were supossed to :Sad_face:  Anyway, I'll wait a bit for it to fall over again....

I now understand why its not working, the VSS will not work with PPPoE as it has a fixed MTU of 1500. Well, that is me stuffed then. How do I return the VSS to the online store?
