Help! My plug in sure signal not working

My plug in sure signal not working, have tried switching off (as very hot) and resetting, I have the first 3 lights on (solid) but the last one is off. Any ideas/ help please? 😊

hi all thank you for your advice

I contacted Vodafone twice and eventually they factory restored my sure signal, and now it does seem to be working, fingers crossed it stays that way!
