Poor support in Italy, please help me.
I have a problem, intermittent signal 3g....about every 10 minutes drop ,with my all 3 martphones.
Can you reset my Sure Signal 3 from your server?
Can you force update my software from your server?
Can you whitelisting my actual IP ?

Unfortunatley even tho some countries share the Vodafone Brand Name they are not linked with each other @deusex
So the Uk Vodafone Social Media Team here or Vodafone UK Customer Service cannot help.
You would need to contact your Vodafone Customer services for help.
