Issues setting up Sure Signal v3 (Device can't contact Vodafone services)

Hi there,

Took the plunge to get the sure signal to hopefully improve my coverage. I've done the online setup however when I plug it in I get the white left light indicating it's trying to connect then a few 1-5mins it goes to flashing red and sold orange right and middle lights, left light unlit.

I'm with a very small ISP and I wonder if it's a white listing issue with external IP. I'd phone customer services but my signal comes and goes.

Hoping for some tech support. I'm on the advance/expert range of knowledge with IT systems but I have no power to change things beyond my front facing router settings.

The ISP is Edgenetworks Ltd, I'd be happy to do a call but I have to do it away from my house and the sure signal, router etc.

apologies for hijacking your post, but seems I'm experiejcing the same issue (with BT though...) tracert is failing on the same IP address subnet. 

 

That IP range is based in Germany... not sure why both our routes would be bounced out there...?
