Yesterday I added my Sure Signal back to my account afetr deactivating it. This appeared to go OK. I've now tried to log back into my account and add my wife's number. I no longer have any options to manage a Sure Signal.
Under my account summary I have the options:
Services and Extras
Upgrade or change bundle
No matter which of these options I go into, there is no longer a "Sure Signal" option. I simply can no longer manage the device. I cannot deregister it if I want to, it is as if there is no device assoicated with my account.
Can someone tell me what I need to do to resolve this please.
