Manage Sure Signal after number transfer

Hi, 

I recently transferred 2 of my numbers to a new Business name, but now I cannot admin my Sure Signal box. It shows me as a "user".  I want to add new numbers to my Sure Signal, but I can't unless my admin rights are reinstated. 

Sure Singal is.  I can't see my Sure Signal details to give you the ID.

If your still unable to manage your Sure Signal via its dashboard then i'd suggest to call Customer Services on 191 where they should be able to access your account and Sure Signal to help.

Hi @Secret_Seagull

 

If you have done an transfer of ownership to your business name, you will need to ask Vodafone to deregister the device from your consumer account. This will enable you to register the device to your new business name account and add the numbers.

 

When the device has been deregistered, it is advisable to wait 24 hours before reistering to your business name account.

 

If the account is now business, any probably the Business Team are there to help.
