New iphone 6 will not connect to sure signal

I have recently upgraded to the iphone 6 and i cannot get the handset to connect to the sure signal. This handset is the registered user. Other handsets will connect to the sure signal. I have spoken to vodafone who said they have reset the sure signal, but this has not worked.

I have rebooted the sure signal but to no avail

All and any help would be appreciated.

Hi @JasonClarke46,

Please remove the number from your Sure Signal and then add it again in 6 hours time.
