I can log in to the sure signal page to manage the device but when i go to add a new number for a sim i bought and activated yesterday i get an error saying it’s not a valid number.
I thought it originally it might be the sim wasn’t registered to vodafone but it has now been in use for 24 hours on the Vodafone network.
Customer Services on 191 should be able to log in and check this for you and if necessary sync the SS.
They can also check from their end that the new number is showing as active @marwoot11
