New phone, intermittent signal from sure signal

Hi all,

I bought one of the new iphone 11 pro's when released and since then, I am dropping calls intermittently. Sometimes I will have a full signal, and then it suddenly drops to one or zero bars. This is obviously frustrating as I am constantly having to recall people and hoping that I can hold a signal long enough to finish the call. Usual stats follow.

I've tried deregistering and re registering my sure signal and the usual resets. I've also restricted my phone to 3G signal only etc so any other help would be appreciated.

Thanks for getting in touch @Mistofalese - we know how frustrating calls dropping out can be. I know you mentioned that you'd done some resets, but from the light sequence you've provided; you'll need to try the following: 

1. Unplug the VSS for 20 minutes
2. Plug the VSS back in.
3. Wait until the VSS has reloaded and then hard reset all of the phone while in range of the VSS
