Outgoing calls failing - VSS v3

The issue you’re experiencing:
All outgoing calls failing. Incomming calls and SMS are fine.

I have pressed the button on the VSS for 5 seconds which made no difference.

Thanks for that @jenkinz89 The light sequence you're seeing looks to be correct and your download/upload speeds are strong enough. When this happens it usually indicates your Sure Signal needs to be updated and resync with our network, I've requested this for you. This can take upto 6 hours to complete, once it has restart your phones in range and let me know how you get on 😊

Hi Mark, plugged the VSS back in yesterday and tried to use it a few times throughout the day but was still getting the same issue with outgoing calls failing. Let me know what more we can do. Thanks

Are the phones you're using switched to 3G only in their settings @jenkinz89? This should help them to connect to the Sure Signal and prevent any drop outs or issues with calls. If you're unsure how to do this, our handy device guides will help when searching 'Select network mode'. Please let me know if this helps!

I've changed the network mode to 3G on my Samsung A40 and the problem still persists, I have now reverted back to 2G/3G/4G and turned the SureSignal off again so I can at least make some calls.
