Poor Call Quality

Hi,

 

I have had Sure Signal v3 for over a year now and never had any issues but for the past few days everyone I have spoken with has complained of poor call quality, sounding like a robot and every other word dropping out. I can hear people fine and without any issues.

 

This is happening anytime of day and can't understand why this has started to happening a nothing to the set up has changed.

 

Lights on the SS are okay, have 4 bars on my phone and 3g.

Everything looks ok from this end.

 

Have you tried resetting your Sure Signal?

 

How close to your Wi-Fi router is your Sure Signal? If it’s relatively close, try moving it as far away as possible and see if things improve.
