Ported VF number wont register a SureSignal nor can it be added to a Sure Signal

I have ported VF number that come from VF from a corporate to a consumer.  The number used to work on a SureSignal and now it wont work and a sure signal cant be registered against it this number.  It also cant be added to a sure signal.  No reception now and to make matters worse I have just found out the VF WiFi calling doesnt support SMS.

When I try to register a sure signal it gives the error

We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 2011 - [Error ref 2j2]

(But obviously no one is trying to fix this).

I have spent too long on chat with people just trying to do exactly what I do, getting the same error, before passing me on to someone else.

New account with VF, and now zero reception. If I cant fix this I will leave

Has anyone found a way to fix this?

Looks like I have a similar issue.  VF managed to get my sure signal registered to a PAYG.  Now I have just ported my corporate number (actually Vodafone) via a PAC to a monthly contract with Vodafone.  The PAYG will go so deregistered the sure signal and it wont register to the ported number.  It is the number that is the problem.  I  can register a sure signal to my PAYG but then can add my ported VF number.  It is like some of the blocks that were on my corporate number are still applied.  I have spent hrs trying to get this sorted with no success, only frustration.
