Hey @RobColver, thanks for getting in touch. I've taken a look and your IP is on the whitelist. From the lights you've described, it seems like the Sure Signals detected a fault.

You can pop into your local Vodafone store and they'll be happy to replace it for you, if it's still within warranty. Alternatively, please contact us via Facebook at Vodafone UK, or get in touch on Twitter using the handle @VodafoneUK and I'll be happy to send you a replacement.

Many thanks for your response.  Before going down the replacement route, I just wondered what you made of the traceroute that I enclosed with my last message?  It looks to me as though the VSS has no chance of connecting to your servers.

Has your Sure Signal ever connected and worked at all @RobColver? From what I can see, it was registered a few months back and as you mentioned it's never sent or received anything from our servers.

I'd definitely be looking into a replacement, it seems like you've got a faulty Sure Signal from the get go this time @RobColver; I'm really sorry for any inconvenience this is causing.

The warranty period is two years, so as long as you've bought it within this time @RobColver; I'll be happy to send you out a replacement.
