My sure signal v3 has not worked since Monday. I have tried to reset but however long I press the reset button the lights remain in order: flashing, none, solid, solid. Here are the requested items:

Eveything you’ve posted looks ok.
If it’s still not working, please test a different Ethernet cable and and check your ports are opened as follows:
IP addresses to be allowed on the router & firewall
