Re Sync required following new sim

Hi

New phone arrived yesterday and required a new sim.  Sure Signal not working as re sync required.  I am "owner" of Sure Signal and no one else on the Suresignal has a seperate Vodafone account as they are all on one business bill so I can't transfer ownership.

What do I do?

Sure Signal 42151546878

Thanks

Jason

Hello @JasonArmsby

If a Sim Swap has been processed to move the tariff and number to a new SIM card then its also recommended to de Register the mobile number from the Sure Signal for a period of 24 hours and then Re Register the number back with the Sure Signal.

Hi I understand that but how do I delete my number from the Sure Signal when I am the owner.  When I did my wife's last month it was easy as I could just delete her and re add her 24 hours later.  As the owner it doesn't give me an option to delete my number?

Thanks

Hi,

In the Sure Signal Dashboard in your myvodafone is there an option to de Register the Sure Signal. I.e. Something an owner must do before selling it on. This avenue would remove your number I believe.
