Re-sync of Sure Signal Serial number: 42152479715

I have just a flashing internet light - tried everything - can you someone at Vodaphone support please re-sync my device. Seems from the varios threads this is a common problem and solution.

@withers – I’ve checked your serial number and this is showing as last connecting to our servers this morning.

I’ve performed a resync today – please allow up to six hours for this to complete.

If you’re still having problems after this time, please get back to us with the following so we can look into it further:


  • Your speed test results from here.
  • Your ping test results from here.
  • Your external IP address from here.
  • The results of a traceroute.

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:


  1. Click on Start and select Run
  2. Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
  3. A black box will appear.
  4. In this box type tracert press Enter
  5. Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
