The issue you’re experiencing:

Replacement VSSv3 won't connect. Previous VSSv3 died, so I bought a used replacement. Previous owner confirmed it has been deregistered.

I have tried the 5-second and 30-second resets. It's been sitting undisturbed for 24 hours, plugged directly into router, in a place where it should be able to see adjacent cells.

No ports blocked; uP&P enabled; SIP and IPSec ALGs disabled (this config worked fine with my old VSSv3).

 

Do I need a reset/resync at your end?

 

What light sequence you're seeing: solid red (#1) plus gently-flashing globe (#2); #3 and #4 both off.

Your speed test results: consistently 12+ Mb/s down and 0.8+ Mb/s up
