Hello, I have completed all the standard checks for a troublesome SureSignal including a reset. From other threads it looks like I need a reset from Vodafone. Can this be done please and if so, what do you need from me in order to do this? Many thanks.
Hey @bobohanlon - nothing should stop you from connecting. It sounds like your Sure Signal is having some trouble registering, across your internet connection. We can try re-syncing it from our side, please let us know your Sure Signal serial number and we'll get the ball rolling.
