Vodafone Sure Signal

Stopped working. Needs resync ???

4: Newbie

Hi

Sure Signal V3 that has been working fine for 18 months has suddenly stopped working

All lights are fine but just not gving me or my wifes phone any service.

Rebooted router. Reset Sure Signal. No luck.

Been like it for last couple of days.

Called support and all they could come up with was " If our phones get any kind of service then the Sure SIgnal will not work. Will only kick in and work if phones are getting NO SERVICE"

Well it was working fine for 18 months. Strange.

Will resyncing fix it??

its serial number is

42172073902

thx

Hi Gemma

After holding down reset button the whole unit went dark and stayed that way for 10 minutes until i pressed the reset button again. After a bit of flashing i got a red light and 2 solid white lights.

Still no signal on our mobiles tho. Has been working fine for 18 months and only noticed the lack of signal in the house over the last 2 or 3 days. No changes prior ro it stopping working.

Thanks for providing those details @stone101. Please try the following:

1. Unplug the Sure Signal for 20 minutes
2. Plug the Sure Signal back in
3. Wait until it's reloaded and then hard reset all of the phones attached whilst in range (turn them off fully and back on again)

Let me know if this helps; if not, I'll be happy to take a closer look into this for you 👍
