My SS2 has stopped working again, same symptoms as before (constant red light, both white lights flashing together, been like tat for a couple of days).  Could you do a reset your end please (local reset doesn't fix it).

Hi Alex

Still not working I'm afraid.  I left it after you said you'd done the reset, both white lights flashing regularly, most of the time; sometimes they both go out, then both start flashing again.  Early this morning I unplugged the power lead for about one minute then plugged it back in; now I have a red light on but no white light(s), flashing or otherwise.

Still not working - I get a steady red light all the time, and every so often both white lights will flash for a while then go out.

 

It worth another reset your end (I've done several here)?  Or any other suggestions?

That's very strange @ats4603, from what you've described it sounds like the Sure Signal is trying to register. I've resynced it again from my side, please allow six hours for this to complete fully; then hard reset (turn off and back on again) any phones connected to the Sure Signal and let me know how you get on.

Is there any issues with your broadband at all?
I think this is the only thing we've not checked. A quick power off and on of your router might help, just in case your router's not sending out an IP address to your Sure Signal.

Believe it or not, when I came down this morning, the SS was showing the redlight and one white light - it works again...

 

To answer your questions, the broadband connection is fine, and I checked the router control panel several times while the SS wasn't working and it was always shown as a connected device.

 

Bit of a mystery really.

It's stopped working again...

 

Just got the red light and the adjacent white light flasjing regularly.  It's been doing that for hours and doing a reset my end (remove power lead for a few minutes) doesn't fix it.

 

Can you do a reset your end please?
