Vodafone Sure Signal

Sure Signal 3 has no power

2: Seeker

Our Sure Signal 3 is showing no power light although the pass through socket is working.

Looks as though it has died?

Reset has no effect nor unplugging and plugging in again.]

Anyone alse had the unit fail in this way?

Hi @Oldtimer

Please Note : If the V3 Sure Signal displays ANY signs of internal failure / no lights then unplug it straightaway and contact Vodafone Customer Services. They’ll arrange a replacement.

Hi

I think you might want to read the posting here https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/Suresignal-V3-Overheated-Blew-Up-Exploded-Hot-B...

Then report the failure to Trading Standards via Consumer Direct.

Pass through socket is nothing more than what it claims 'pass through' with no protection offered therefore even though the device has failed,  this socket still remains 'live'.

It is important to report all failed SureSignal V3 using the links below to:

BBC's Watchdog: https://ssl.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b006mg74/contact

Trading Standards: Call them on 0345 4 040506
