Vodafone Sure Signal

Sure Signal 3 woes... No red light... bought a replacement... No red light :(

1: Seeker

had one a while and it just packed up - no red light or anything indicating life.

decided to buy another (should have read here first!!) and this one i unpacked and plugged in... got red light... registered... left it alone to update... checked back 30 mins later and no lights at all again  (not even red).


I now have two of these things both bricked.  any ideas?  online chat are totally useless and going round in circles.

You certainly seem to have been unlucky with the SS devices @jezbraker

My suggestion would be to unplug it and return the unit for a replacement as you have 30 days from the purchase date to do so.
