Hi there

Having  what appears to be a common fault, flashing red light 2 solid orange lights, thought my original v3 was broken, so bought a new one, now I have 2 plugged in doing the same thing

 

Have spoke to several different vodafone advisors, none of which have been able to fix, have deregistered, reregistered countless times, held the reset button etc

@matt724 Thanks for sending this info over to us! The serial number ending in 665 doesn't look to be activated at the moment on our network at the moment. With your other serial number is this your new Sure Signal you're using?

Hello Tash,

 

I deactivated it and planned to leave it 24 hours, however when I try to re-register it on vodafone site,

I just get this error code every time, its been around 4 days now

We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later. - [Error ref 1w0]

 

 

I been trying to get both to work, however neither will, 1 i have had for less than a year and the other one I bought new recently
