Sure Signal Issues with authentication (Flashing Power, Two Solid Orange lights)

We've recently had both our static IP address change and router which is a pain. I've had Vodafone whitelist the IP but it looks as though there are still issues with it authenticating. I've got UPnP enabled and it seems to be working for other services such as Skype and WhatsApp but not the Sure Signal.

 

Based on this post I've included some details below. I've also opened up the ports 8, 50, 53, 67, 68, 123, 500, 1723, 4500 and 33434-33445. We're running a LinkSys with DD-WRT v3.0-r30796 std (10/25/16) on it. Any ideas how to resolve this would be welcomed.
