Sure Signal Stopped Working

Hi sure signal recently stopped working, i get the flashing red power light and two solid orange lights.

 

Can anyone help??

@SteCox - Your speeds, traceroute and IP address all look fine.

That light sequence usually means there’s a location issue, so I’ve reset this for you today and performed a resync – please leave everything connected for the next six hours to make sure this all updates. :Smiling:

Thanks @Jenny left it overnight still in the same state, worth me resetting it?

Once you’ve done this if it’s still not working, please let us know what light sequence you’re now seeing.
