I received an email and text from Vodafone yesterday informing me that my Sure Signal had been suspended. The email instructed me to login to My Vodafone where I could apparently re-register the device to get it working again. But this does not work!
When I log into My Vodafone I can see the Sure Signal showing as suspended. However, when I click on the Manage Sure Signal link, the error message “Sorry you don’t seem to have registered with us yet. Please contact Customer Support” is displayed.
I contacted both 191 and online chat and nobody has any knowledge how to resolve this.

Hi @jebbath10 I understand how frustrating this must be for you! I'd recommend contacting our Social Media team here, they'll be able to access your account and help get this resolved.

Tried that too but also no response! This is four days now since the device was suspended and I’m no further forward in getting it resolved. Is this normal that it takes so long?

Thanks Mark. No, I haven’t got a reply yet from the social media team. I’ve sent another DM now in Facebook Messenger and included a link to thread and my community ID as you suggested.
