The issue you’re experiencing:  

Not working, suddenly stopped.  I see from other posts there has been a problem which is reported as fixed but mine is still not working. There had been some light activity this morning but gone back to one light on static.  I have tried a reset, a factory reset and changed power leads.

 

What light sequence you're seeing:

Presently light one is static.  On the back the green light is on and the yellow/orange is flashing.

@LaineeL I can see from the troubleshooting you've provided that your upload speed isn't reaching the minimum requirement of 1Mbps. 

The light sequence is saying there's no DHCP internet connection found, which looks to be related to the above. 

In this case we'd advise to check the physical connection with the router and contact your Internet Service Provider if you need further help with your upload speed.

Alex, thank you for your response.  Upload speed is now 1.02 Mbps and I have a different light sequence.  Lights 1 and 2 on, 1 goes off 2 stays on, 2 goes off 1 comes on, both off...

I can see from the router the Suresignal is connected, and has an IP address assigned by DHCP.  Any further advice greatly appreciated.

PS ISP says no provider guarantees it's upload speed and therefore will do nothing about my complaint.
