I have a 9 year old Sure signal Version 1 that has stopped working. Top two lights showing, but bottom two (users and the one with the check mark dark). Replaced power supply, no difference. Have re-booted and checked cables; no difference. When starting up, all lights go through the start-up sequence, but after the re-boot is finished the bottom two lights stay out. Help!
Usually it's the power supply but I see you've tried replacing that.
The Sure Signal is covered for 24 months.
You could try speaking with customer service on 191 or Live Chat to try syncing your sure signal.
