Sure Signal V2 needs re-syncing

Please could someone at Vodafone do a re-sync of my Sure Signal V2 please. Since buying a new Galaxy S9 and doing a sim swap it does not see my phone at all. The SS seems to be working fone but just will not recognise my phone. Tried de-registering and re-registering but made no difference. Serial number is 40121346130

Thanks for your response - as of this afternoon it started to work again without any further action, so problem solved
