Morning.  I have come into work this morning and the Sure Signal V3 is not working.  I have tried a 5sec reset but that did not work.  It has been working fine up until this morning.

Thanks for raising this to us @PAHBC

With the light sequence that you're seeing, we'd advise speaking with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and let them know the following information (depending on your IP address):

  • With a static IP address, advise your ISP that you're trying to set up a VPN tunnel and that the IPsec is being blocked on an internal firewalled service within their network
  • If you have a dynamic IP address, advise your ISP that you're trying to set up a VPN tunnel and that the IPsec packet is being fragmented in transit

Once completed, this should then allow you to connect your phones to the Sure Signal. Please let us know how you get on.
