I replaced a SureSignal approx 6 weeks ago and had this same problem.

After countless calls and chats someone finally did something simple and it started working.  Thanks

Unfortunatley the same lights are showing again.

The guy at vodafone refused to help me as it is a work mobile phone and I don't have the a/c number.

Any advice appreciated....my number is [Personal information removed]

@Burksie Please take a look at our Sure Signal troubleshooting guide for help with this.

If you're continuing to experience issues after completing the steps, please reply back with your results if you're not directed to an existing thread.

I made a mistake in my original post....it's the 'internet' light that is unlit...the other 2 are solid orange, the red light is flashing.  Thanks for your help.

The issue you’re experiencing: No signal to phone.  Holding reset does not result in lights flashing.  Happened before and was fixed with one phonecall after many unsuccessful calls to Vodafone.

What light sequence you're seeing: Flashing re.  2 solid orange lights.   'Internet' light  is unlit

@Burksie - The light sequence you’re seeing. Indicates an authentication failure.

Please speak to your internet service provider and advise them you’re trying to set up a VPN tunnel.

If you’re using a static IP address, please advise them that you’re trying to set up a VPN tunnel and the IPsec is being blocked on an internal firewalled server within their network.
If you’re using dynamic IP addresses, please and advise your internet service provider that you’re trying to setup a VPN tunnel and that the IPsec packet is being fragmented in transit.
